What is ephemeral
Uploaded files, extracted text, structured synthesis artifacts, prompts, and generated DOCX or PPTX deliverables exist only inside a temporary job directory created for active processing.

How the MVP handles sensitive advisory board materials
AdBoard Report Generator is designed around a zero-retention objective. Customer content is processed only within an ephemeral job workspace, and persistent application storage contains metadata only.
What persists
Only control-plane metadata persists: job identifiers, timestamps, stage status, file counts, file sizes, and deletion state. The system does not persist customer meeting content in the metadata store.
How deletion works
After job completion, deliverables are retained only briefly for download. The automatic deletion workflow removes the full temporary workspace either after expiry or once both outputs are downloaded.
Operational guardrails
- Metadata-only logging with field-level allow lists.
- Upload validation with type and size controls.
- Request rate limiting and basic abuse prevention on public endpoints.
- No public object URLs for source materials.
- Native editable DOCX and PPTX generation.
- Validation gates between extraction, synthesis, and export stages.
