AdBoard Report Generator is designed to handle sensitive advisory board materials within a tightly controlled processing workflow. Uploaded files and derived content are processed in temporary working storage, while persistent application storage is limited to metadata required for operations.
This page describes the intended privacy model and operational safeguards for handling customer meeting content. Final customer-facing privacy, retention, and contractual language should still be reviewed with counsel before broad launch.
What persists
Only operational metadata persists: job identifiers, timestamps, stage status, file counts, file sizes, and deletion state. The platform is designed not to persist customer meeting content in the metadata store.
How deletion works
After processing completes, generated outputs are retained only briefly for download. The automatic deletion workflow removes the temporary workspace after expiry or once the required output actions have completed.
Operational guardrails
- Metadata-only logging with field-level allow lists.
- Upload validation with type and size controls.
- Request rate limiting and basic abuse prevention on public endpoints.
